The room was charming and well-equipped with a hair dryer, kettle, and iron, just like in the photos, and the breakfast spread was fantastic with plenty of choices available.

Chilled-out base for discovering London with mainly young staff in all areas. Tidy and magnificent room, exceptionally comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. A dressing area, a kettle and an iron in the room.

This was a fabulous stay for 1 night. It had an unbeatable location just meters from a West End theatre. - It was also surrounded by theatres, restaurants, bars, shops, and boutiques. - the hotel features a fantastic Steak and Lobster restaurant.

Stunning and tidy rooms, sensational breakfast. Perfect facilities, lovely bed. Marvellous location to theatres, and only about 10 minutes' walk to London centre. Nearby The Crown - great place to chill out.

The room was lovely with a view of the london eye, ideal for me. I had a dressing room, a kettle and an iron in it. The location was unbeatable, close to Cambridge Theatre.

Stayed in a premium queen room here for a week and it was fantastic. the room had a coffee machine, plenty of storage space, and a safe box to keep things secure. the bed was super clean and comfy, and the bathroom was stunning 😊.

The location of the hotel was excellant for what we had planned to do, the breakfasts were good, beds comfortable, but bathroom could have been much better, windows rattled

The place is deserving of 4 stars, the breakfast had a good variety of tasty food, and the room was nice with amenities like a hairdryer, kettle, and iron.

The staff were excellent, they could not have been more helpful and the (upgraded) room was very comfortable.

I did not enjoy my evening meal and would think twice before using the eating in the hotel again.
