Chilled-out base for discovering London with mainly young staff in all areas. Tidy and magnificent room, exceptionally comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. A dressing area, a kettle and an iron in the room.

Stunning and tidy rooms, sensational breakfast. Perfect facilities, lovely bed. Marvellous location to theatres, and only about 10 minutes' walk to London centre. Nearby The Crown - great place to chill out.

The room was lovely with a view of the london eye, ideal for me. I had a dressing room, a kettle and an iron in it. The location was unbeatable, close to Cambridge Theatre.

The staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. The food was excellent for a hotel and the location was ideal for the West End.
The first room we were given was tiny, with no room even for a chair, we were moved to a slightly larger room but it was still very small.

The staff were excellent, they could not have been more helpful and the (upgraded) room was very comfortable.
I did not enjoy my evening meal and would think twice before using the eating in the hotel again.

The location is unbeatable, right in the middle of central London. The staff were excellent - friendly, helpful. The renovation is lovely and everything feels very new and fresh. Great views across London from my hotel room.
The gym was unavailable due to the renovation - which I didn't know before booking. It was possible to use the facilities at sister hotels, but this was too much of a hassle so I skipped my workouts.Rooms on lower floors might be noisy due to the area being quite lively.

Thoroughly enjoyed its exceptionally polite and reasonably good staff.
Coffee and fruit at the bar were exceptional!

The location was superb and the bar and restaurant faciltites were attractive with windows to the street.
When I arrived I was offered a very small room with no dressing table or comfort at all and a small double bed. When I asked to be moved I was put in a large comfortable room with a king size bed. I don't like hotels that do this. Ask for a room on a top floor and a king size bed!

A very stylish hotel only recently refurbished to a high standard. Staff are attentive without being intrusive. Services such as housekeeping, are excellent with generally high standards well maintained. Physical fabric of the hotel and its furnishings is excellent. Located right at Seven Dials, it is in the heart of a very trendy and stylish area with many dining choices nearby and within an easy walk of the Underground, most theatres and major museums. Cannot be faulted on location.
Despite all its good points (or maybe because of them!), the hotel is very pricey. These days most hotels seem to charge "variable rates" over the length of your stay (ie a different rate can apply for each night of your stay). For guests staying longer than just a couple of nights (I stayed 8 nights) this can be a bit rich, and given the lesser "overheads" (eg of checking in/out multiple guests over this longer stay; lesser room cleaning effort etc) you might expect some 'discount' being applied to long stay guests, especially as an incentive to return.

Excellent location
On the first day we had to wait 40mins for our breakfast. The second morning we waited an hour and in the end we left having had no breakfast. This was disappointing as it was my partners 40th birthday. I had also made a special request when booking for a cake or chocs for my partners birthday this was overlooked.
